HOW MANY PICTURES WILL I RECIEVE?

Each session includes a set number of digital images, ranging from 5 to 35, depending on the type of session you choose. You also have an option to upgrade your gallery.

How should we dress for our session?

Before your session, we’ll chat about wardrobe. I tend to recommend simple, neutral tones that photograph beautifully, but I also want your images to feel true to you — so we’ll choose pieces that reflect your personality and style.

You’ll also receive a prep guide that walks you through the session flow, along with helpful tips and tricks to ensure everything feels relaxed, fun, and stress-free for you and your family.

whats the best time to do a newborn session?

Newborn sessions are ideally scheduled within the first 1–14 days after birth, when those tiny details and sleepy moments are still fresh. However, this isn’t set in stone — I happily photograph newborns up to three months old. It all depends on what you’d like to capture — those delicate, early features or the beginnings of their first smiles and sweet expressions.

When should i book my newborn session?

It’s best to book your newborn session during your second or third trimester to ensure availability around your due date. We’ll tentatively reserve your spot, then once your baby arrives, we’ll finalize the exact session date.


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I see my images?

After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery with soft proofs of your images. From there, you’ll select your favorites. Once your selections are made, I’ll carefully hand-edit each chosen image and deliver an updated gallery where you can download your high-resolution files.

what is the turnaround time?

Within a few days  after your session, you’ll receive your private online proofing gallery to select your included images.

Once your favorites are chosen, final edits are completed within 1–2 weeks. You’ll then receive your fully edited, high-resolution gallery ready for download and sharing.

I always aim to deliver your images as thoughtfully and efficiently as possible while ensuring each one is carefully edited by hand.

when should I book a session?

It’s never too early to book your session! For maternity and newborn sessions, timing can be sensitive, so reserving your spot early ensures you’re on my calendar and we don’t miss this special season.

Do you travel?

Yes, I do. I’m happy to travel for sessions within the surrounding area. Travel within 7 miles from Hoboken is included, and locations beyond that may require a small travel fee.
